All sales are final. To cancel the order customer will not be charged any amount. Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.
Shipped items usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. As expected, shipping times may be greater around holidays. If your ordered items has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, call John Amico at 800-676-5264 and we will track the items for you.
In the event of an exchange or a return, the merchandise would need to be returned in the original package. The shipping and processing fee are not available for refund or credit.
All returns must be approved in advance and must be packaged in it’s original packaging, must not have been used and must be in “as new” condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to John Amico. Items beyond 15 days from date of shipment are not eligible for return. All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in “like new” condition. John Amico will determine after evaluating the returned product, if it is in “like new” condition and can be resold. If the product needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer’s expense.
John Amico may refuse credit for improper installation, failure to provide suitable operating conditions, use of product for which it was not designed, alteration or modification of any part, or abuse, misuse or neglect.
Customers must obtain authorization to return items by calling Customer Service at 800-676-5264. The customer prepays all freight charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly. If John Amico receives a package containing items not authorized for return, John Amico will return the item “as is” back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Packages received without authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days. Items must be returned within 45 days once the authorization has been issued.
f the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to John Amico.
When you receive your package, inspect it immediately. If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on receipt of the package. If you accept a damaged shipment without noting the damage, we may not be able to give you a complete refund. Please call us as soon as possible, once you see that your product is damaged.
